How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season. However, we understand some moves happen quickly, and we always do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings based on availability.
What items cannot be moved by your team?+
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials including gasoline, paint, aerosols, propane tanks, ammunition, or other flammable or explosive items. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before your move.
Do you offer packing services?+
Yes. We offer professional packing services where our team can pack your home for you, protect fragile items, wrap furniture, and prepare everything for moving day. We can handle full-home packing or just the rooms and items you need help with.
Is my move insured? What happens if something is damaged?+
Yes, your move is insured. We offer basic liability coverage as part of your move, and if an issue ever comes up, we will work with you directly to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Do you provide moving boxes and supplies?+
Yes. We can provide moving boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, furniture protection, and other supplies. Ask us about packing help or supply options when requesting your quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. If the total price is below $2,000, no deposit is required. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
